Abstract
The module is a low-inductance coaxial test facility incorporating integral voltage and current transducers. It allows measurements up to 50 kV at 1 kV ns-1 and 5 kA at 10 A ns-1. Tests with 11 kV distribution surge arresters enable their dynamic voltage-current responses to be examined. No voltage overshoot is observed
