Abstract
Clinical placements provide your first taste of real nursing. The following tips from students, mentors, nurse managers and lecturers will get you off to a flying start CLINICAL PLACEMENTS should be enjoyable. The manager of your area will have shown your university a commitment to student learning and a desire to take on students. The staff are on your side and want you to have a good experience. However, it is not just their responsibility to ensure your placement goes well – it is your responsibility too.
