Analyses the Supreme Court decision in Fish & Fish Ltd v Sea Shepherd UK on whether the defendant local affiliate of a global environmental campaign group were complicit in the tortious actions of its parent organisation. Discusses the involvement required by an alleged accomplice to impose accessory liability in tort.
