Abstract

Cellular mechanisms induced or modulated by K+ channels in ischemia-reperfusion injury are involved in controlling the myocardial function recovery. In this paper, the effect of ATP-regulated K+-channel openers, Aprikalim (Apk) and Nicorandil (Nic) on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury was studied.
