Abstract
The invention discloses two new crystal forms of 9-nitrocamptothecin and a preparation method thereof. In the powder X-ray diffraction spectrum using a copper target as the radiation source, the crystal form I is 5.8±0.1, 7.4±0.1, 8.8±0.1, 10.5±0.1, 11.3±0.2, 11.7±0, 15.7±0.2 at the diffraction angle 2θ , 17.8±0.1, 18.7±0.1, 21.1±0.1, 24.1±0.1 and 26.2±0.1 degrees all have characteristic peaks. The diffraction angle 2θ of crystal form II is 6.1±0.2, 6.7±0.1, 7.5±0.2, 9.4±0.1, 11.4±0.2, 12.4±0.1, 14.1±0.1, 15.1±0.1, 17.6±0.1, 19.7±0.1, 22.6± There are characteristic peaks at 0.1, 23.8±0.1, 25.2±0.1, 27.3±0.1 and 29.2±0.2 degrees. The preparation methods of the two crystal forms are based on supercritical anti-solvent technology. The new crystalline forms Ⅰ and Ⅱ of 9-nitrocamptothecin have higher solubility than the existing crystalline forms, and better thermal stability than the existing crystalline forms.
