Abstract

2.2-micron images have been taken, over the entire range of orbital phase, of the eclipsing millisecond pulsar 1957 + 20. It is shown that the 2.2 micron flux from the pulsar system is variable and that the infrared light curve is similar to the optical light curve. Four additional images at 1.2 micron show that there is a possible infrared excess from the system.
