Abstract
Comments on the Court of Appeal ruling in Fish & Fish Ltd v Sea Shepherd UK on whether a UK charity was liable as joint tortfeasor for an attack on tuna cages and the tugs towing them which resulted in the claimant's fish being released into the sea. Considers whether the charity's activities were undertaken pursuant to a "common design" and examines the degree of involvement required for a supporter of such actions to be deemed to have adopted the tort.
