Abstract
The converter system needs to be represented as a transfer function in the 8 domain, which is crucial for applying stability criteria. Given the highly nonlinear nature of voltage source converter (VSC) control, formulating the necessary transfer functions presents a challenge. Small-signal modeling techniques will be employed to explain how to linearize these critical parts of the VSC control.
