Abstract

As education developers, we champion reflection, collaboration, and growth—but how often do we turn that lens on ourselves? There’s a common assumption that those leading professional learning already model best practice. But advocating reflection isn’t enough—we must embody it. That means embracing uncertainty, inviting critique, and refining our approaches through authentic engagement.
