Abstract
Purpose: Physical activity (PA) is essential for maintaining mobility and quality of life, yet individuals with multiple sclerosis (MS) often exhibit reduced PA levels. Despite the recognised benefits of PA, data on PA patterns among individuals with MS in Saudi Arabia remains limited. This study aimed to describe the PA patterns in this population by utilising objective and self-reported measures, providing a comprehensive understanding of their PA behaviours.
