Abstract
This software update presents sDNA+ version 4.1, an open-source toolbox for 2-d and 3-d spatial network analysis across GIS, CAD, command line and Python workflows. The release improves interoperability by supporting QGIS 3, ArcGIS Pro and Rhino/Grasshopper, while integrating formerly proprietary sDNA+ capabilities into a single free and open-source platform. New flexible hybrid metrics enable user-defined distance formulae for pedestrians, cycling, public transport and other network analyses. Recent applications demonstrate its value for urban design, transport modelling, accessibility analysis and economic spatial modelling.
