Abstract

The concept of ‘international regime complexity’ has yet to be meaningfully employed in the literature on Europeanisation. This paper explores whether regime complexity has reinforced or weakened the impact of Europeanisation, with reference specifically to the foreign aid policies of a leading European Member State, France.
