Abstract

Dr Emma Yhnell, an alumna, and now working in the Neuroscience and Mental Health Research Institute (NMHRI) discusses research into genetic disorders, and the challenging ethical dilemmas that are associated with this area of research. A Health and Care Research Wales Fellow working in the Neuroscience and Mental Health Research Institute (NMHRI). My fellowship is focused on exploring computerised cognitive training (brain training) for people with Huntington's disease. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
