Abstract

This chapter explores the roles played by digital citizenship in the context of changing geographies of the nation-state by expanding a whole set of topics around the idea of 'postpandemic technopolitical democracy'. The chapter elaborates the importance of socio-political actions to claim for algorithmic nations, data sovereignty, digital rights, and data cooperatives. These strategies and emancipatory strategies to recover the control of the cyberspace. Beyond the transhumanism, this chapter explores ideas and strategies from the pure political science perspective by coining the term 'technopolitics' expanding it. The chapter has been written to help political practitioners and activists to enable social and political change from a grassroots perspective.
