Abstract
The article on which Burr and King comment represents my theoretical work in the field of history and philosophy of psychology. Their commentary conveys certain misunderstanding of its nature and contains some inaccuracies. This reply clarifies the original article’s purposes and attributes the misunderstanding to differing agendas or motivations for comparing theories.
