Abstract

This book presents for the first time a complete scholarly Arabic and Persian edition and English translation of Ibn Sīnā's work on sight, light, and light-phenomena. The Arabic and Persian edition on this subject matter has been drawn from across the full range of Ibn Sīnā's known works (manuscript and print). An introduction and summary description of the subject matter is presented, arranged according to subject.
