Abstract
This chapter examines sleeping arrangements in Greek and Roman households, from Early Iron Age Greece to the late Roman Empire, including beds, bedding, bedrooms, and co-sleeping practices, all of which were entwined with status, wealth, gender, age, values, and relationships.
