Abstract
Pemphigoid is a common autoimmune subepidermal blistering disease that typically manifests with pruritus and large, fluid-filled blisters. A 67-year-old male presented with a four-week history of a pruritic, persistent rash on the back that spread to his arms and legs despite topical mometasone furoate.
