Abstract

This article examines proposals by the Welsh Parliament's Standards of Conduct Committee for a recall system for Members of the Senedd. Reviews the current UK regime for recall of MPs, key features of the Welsh measures, and their challenges, including whether they benefit parties ahead of individual voters.
