Abstract

This chapter will help you to understand the process of change, how it impacts on the organisation and what these changes mean to you as an individual practitioner. It will also provide a toolbox of skills to help you to instigate, manage or cope with change. By the end it is hoped that strategies can be adopted which will enable you to view change positively. You should also have an understanding of the many ways in which you can develop ownership of those policies and procedures within which you work.
