Abstract
Resilience in nursing is crucial for managing stress and workplace challenges, especially amid increasing healthcare demands and workforce shortages. This chapter explores the concept of resilience, its relationship with stress and burnout, and highlights the importance of both individual and workplace factors in building and sustaining resilience among nurses. The concept of resilience is applied to children's nursing practice via discussion of relevant case studies from Part I.
