Abstract

Submissions to Management Learning have increased significantly over the last few years. Yet, the number of manuscripts that are being accepted has not grown in tandem as we are desk rejecting at higher rates. In this editorial, members of the journal’s senior editorial team offer some guidance to prospective authors interested in submitting to Management Learning. While considering the suggestions offered in this editorial will not guarantee ultimate publication, it will ensure that manuscripts are given the best chance of success.
