Abstract
ICEP is a millimeter-wave polarimeter that was designed to probe the inflationary B-mode of CMB polarization at degree angular scales. The instrument observed from the South Pole between January 2006 and December 2008. We report temperature and polarization power spectra in a multipole range of 30--300 from the first two years of BICEP data. At these scales, BICEP's measurements of the EE spectrum have the highest signal-to-noise to date. The TE crosscorrelation is also measured with high precision, while the BB, EB, and TB spectra are consistent with zero.
