Abstract
This workshop will describe a research project as a work in progress. This study explored parental and health and social care staff experiences of family centred care (FCC). This took place in 3 children's disability services in Wales. Parents valued 'the team around the child' where this was in place but it was not universal. There was not laways a clear complaint's process. Staff did not feel they had adequate training in FCC which opens an opportunity for staff development.
