Abstract
In this paper we discuss the lessons learnt from the deployment of FEARLUS, an agent-based model of land-use change, into the Grid Context. We outline the requirements for improving the scientific rigour of agent-based modeling and discuss the solutions adopted. This leads to a description of the infrastructure for managing distributed experiments across the grid and support for semantic data management
