Abstract
This presetnation will deliver research and evidence to support the health and emotional well being benefits of race running under the theme:Therapy in Sport. These sessions will demonstrate how therapy and participating in sport and active recreation can work together to improve the health and well-being of people with physical disabilities. This session will highlight how working together effectively can have a greater impact on inclusive sport participation opportunities.An opporutnity to see a Race Runner will be supported by Quest 88Ltd who are the UK suppliers of this equipment currently made in Denmark.
