Abstract

Introducing Staff-Reported Experience Measures (SREMs) and Staff-Reported Outcome Measures (SROMs) is a necessary step toward prioritizing, targeting, measuring, and refining—and therefore more consistently and successfully implementing—interventions to improve health worker retention and staff experience and outcomes more broadly.
