Abstract

This chapter provides a review of the breadth of work in social geography and the range of political and methodological commitments driving the subdiscipline. It will contextualise Chapters 55–61 in questions of social justice that is central to social geography and will provide the backdrop for Chapters 70–73 on collaborations for justice.
